St. Daniel Comboni Polytechnic – Naoi formerly known as Naoi Technical School (NTS) is located on the outskirts of Moroto Municipality, 1 km along Soroti Toad plot M. 63 Tamukadde Road. It is a private technical and vocational skills training center, registered with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports under registration number, ME/VOC/025. It was established on the 25th May, 1991 through the efforts of the late Bishop Paul Kalanda (RIP). Fr. Fidelis Ifeanyi, CSSp is the principal of the institute.
